What days and at what times do you deliver?
Every day, including holidays, we deliver from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Sundays and holidays, our delivery hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
What coverage do you have for deliveries?
We currently deliver throughout the city of Orlando, Florida. In addition, we extend our services to nearby areas, although there are some hard-to-reach places that we do not reach, although they are few in number.
Do I have to reserve my orders by appointment?
We recommend placing your orders at least 24 hours in advance.
What are the payment options?
We accept payments through Zelle, a savings account both here and in Colombia, and through Apple Pay. Payments must be made in advance to schedule your orders.
How to buy?
We offer all the ways to learn about our products:
1. Visiting the PROPOSAL OF THE MONTH section, where you can see different proposals ready to personalize and deliver.
2. Visiting CREATE YOUR SURPRISE where you can add each product you want to the cart based on your TASTE and budget.
By clicking on the photos of the store, you can see each proposal in detail with its content, price and the form you must complete (where you can upload texts, photos, and some design details). Then you must click on the “Add to cart” button. This action will add your product to the cart… In this step we ask that you give it a few minutes for all the photos and texts to be loaded correctly. To see your shopping cart you must click on the icon located in the upper right corner of the page. Once in the cart, you will be able to see the details of your order and right there it will send you to the payment methods and shipping methods and also finalize your purchase.
About the breakfasts?
Breakfast consists of a basket or box with everything you need to enjoy a good breakfast (sandwich, breads, juices, coffee, waffles, hams and much more). Then, depending on the breakfast chosen, they may also include certain additional products such as (chocolates, flowers, balloons, cakes, etc.).
All breakfasts come with a card with a dedicatory message, and are also decorated and personalized according to the occasion and client’s preference.
Do I choose the Additionals when I place my order?
If you want to add something and it is not among our extras, do not hesitate to contact us, we will do everything possible to include it and thus make your breakfast an even more special gift!
Finally, you can include in the breakfast delivery a package or a gift that you have, you just have to coordinate with us the collection at the place you indicate or you can also leave it in our workshop, (the cost depends on the collection address ).
How should I store my gusto cakes?
Always keep refrigerated and packaged.
What are the recommendations for gusto cakes?
At GUSTO we do not use preservatives, our products are baked and prepared every day to guarantee their quality. The cold chain must be maintained and refrigerated in a refrigerator from 39 F to 46 F. Maximum durability of 2 to 3 days. When they are fresh fruits, the durability may be less, which is why we recommend immediate consumption.
With a shelf life of no more than 3 days, we recommend consuming as soon as possible since they are foods that are made fresh and are non-perishable.
Do you have any vegan or eggless cakes?
Unfortunately we do not make any vegan or eggless cakes.
